Having previously carried out the role of Distribution Director at Workplace Savings and Retirement for Aviva in the UK, Ranila is experienced in leading customer strategy for the SME market, acquisition, retention and member engagement.
Within her role at Aviva, Ranila launched a market first digital, composite proposition for small businesses called ‘Aviva360’. Ranila was also Director of Customer Strategy, Revenue and Digital at NEST Pensions where she had responsibility for customers across commercial and retail markets. She has broad experience of delivering business growth and strategies in diverse sectors such as professional services, financial services and charities.
