Your new look platform is now live. This site explains the key updates in more detail and provides you with lots of helpful guides and FAQ’s to help you get familiar with the changes.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

All you need to do to access your new look platform is click the following web address and log in with your usual username and password. That’s it! If you have forgotten your password click the button below and select “Forgot password”.

Please note, the first time you login to your new look platform, you will be asked to set a memorable pin as an added level of security.

We recommend you bookmark the web address scottishwidows-platform.com in your favourites so that you have it to hand whenever you want to access your account.

All existing investment instructions or withdrawals will remain in place and the availability of the platform will not be affected.

A more intuitive user experience – This user interface has been designed to make your life easier – it’s set up to adapt to your changing needs.

Increased help and support – The platform offers lots of guidance throughout to help you troubleshoot any problems you may have.

Security updates – Now, more than ever, security is key. Protecting you is our utmost concern and you will see some new security features throughout.

Access to the Fund Research Centre and associated tools

Our fund research centre with FE Fund Info (previously Financial Express) will support your adviser (if you have one) in finding investments to match your needs.  It is also available for you to use (with or without an adviser). If you have any questions on your investments you can speak to your adviser. If you would like to get professional financial advice and don’t currently have an adviser, you can find a list of advisers on the Unbiased website by visiting unbiased.co.uk and clicking on ‘Financial Adviser’ under ‘Who are you looking for?’

Easier trading journey – If you have access to trade on your own account then you will like our new shopping basket functionality which uses best practice from ecommerce sites to help you and your adviser (if you have one) quickly buy investments.

No action for you – All existing investment instructions or withdrawals will remain in place and the availability of the platform will not be affected.  All you need to do is log in to the new web address:  scottishwidows-platform.com.
