We have worked hard to ensure our improved offering provides you much more than just new screens. From intuitive navigation, clearer dashboards, through to easier reporting and document accessibility, these latest developments will, we are sure, not only enhance your experience of using our platform but offer you and your clients multiple efficiencies.

Your new look platform is now live. This site explains the key updates in more detail and provides you with lots of helpful guides and FAQ’s to help you and your clients get familiar with the changes.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

All you need to do to access your new look platform is click the following web address and log in with your usual username and password. That’s it! If you have forgotten your password click the button below and select “Request a new password”.

Please note, the first time you login to your new look platform, you will be asked to set a memorable pin.

We recommend you bookmark the web address scottishwidows-platform.com in your favourites so that you have it to hand whenever you want to access your account.

If you have any issues with logging in you can start a live chat or speak to one of our consultants on 0330 024 2345*.

All existing investment instructions or withdrawals will remain in place and the availability of the platform will not be affected.

*Telephone lines are open 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday and calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

Increased help and support – The platform offers lots of guidance throughout to help you troubleshoot any problems you may have.

Security updates – Now, more than ever, security is key. Protecting you and your clients is of our utmost concern and you will see some new security features throughout.

Simplified illustration journeys – Allowing you to provide your client quotes quicker.

Streamlined onboarding journeys – Helping you write new business quicker.

Smoother transfer journeys – Specifying individual investments for a full transfer is no longer required.

Access to the Fund Research Centre and associated tools – Our fund research centre with FE Fund Info (previously Financial Express).  It will support you in finding investments to match your clients’ needs.  It is also available for your clients to use.

Easier trading journey – Our new shopping basket functionality uses best practise from ecommerce sites to help you and your clients quickly buy investments.
