INSTRUCTIONS FOR BULK VALUATION SERVICES – IRESS

We have been working with Iress to develop a process to ensure your valuations service continues at the point of the move from Advance by Embark to Scottish Widows Platform.

There are steps for you, Iress and ourselves to take for this to happen. It is important that this is done as soon as possible but before migration at the latest. Please follow the instructions below:

Firstly, you must email our Platform Sales and Implementation Team at service@scottishwidowsplatform.co.uk and provide the following details:

  • The back office system you use: Iress Xplan.
  • The full name and email address of the designated point of contact within your firm for us and Iress to use.
  • Your firm name, address and FCA number.
  • Your network name and FCA number (if applicable).

The team will then ensure your firm is set up correctly on the Scottish Widows Platform and confirm back to you when this is done.

There are also some actions you need to take within your Iress back office. You will need to create a new Scottish Widows Platform Adviser Mapping in Xplan, which will be your FCA number. Instructions on how to do this can be found on the Iress Community here.
