Caroline has more than 24 years’ experience in financial services, specialising in the development of long-term strategic partnerships with some of the UK’s largest advice firms and wealth businesses. As Head of Strategic Partners, she is responsible for deepening relationships with key partners, helping them deliver growth, exceptional adviser experiences and strong client outcomes through Scottish Widows Platform and Lloyds Banking Group.
Having spent her entire career in distribution and business development leadership, Caroline has led high-performing sales teams focused on supporting advisers and strategic partners to achieve their commercial and client objectives. Prior to joining Scottish Widows, she held senior roles at Aberdeen and Aviva.
Caroline is a passionate advocate for greater female representation in financial services and actively supports and coaches women developing their careers in the industry. She was also recognised as a finalist and runner-up in the Women in Finance Awards for the Platforms category.
