Our Platform Onboarding Consultants work closely with our BDMs to create customised training plans. These plans include comprehensive demonstrations of platform capabilities and personalised support for submitting initial cases.
Your Onboarding Consultant will remain by your side until you feel confident using the platform.
Additionally, they provide training for new features and offer refresher training to support new hires within your business.

Our platform is designed for straight-through processing across more than 50 processes. However, we also recognise the importance of human support when you need assistance.
